Sorry I’ve been so quite lately. I’ve been a bit disgusted by what’s happening in our society at present. I’ve never had so many references to 1984 in my life. For those of you who haven’t read George Orwell’s book I highly recommend it.
The government has no right nationalizing our industry. Our economy runs on a free market. That is how it’s worked for more than two centuries. It’s a proven method. Communism does not work. Look at Cuba. Socialism does not work look at Germany. Why can we not learn for other peoples mistakes! We do not have to go do this road. We can stop it. We have to stop it now before the next step happens. Quieting all opposition. Don’t pretend that I’m being paranoid. Don’t ignore this. I am not overreacting. Those powerful voices that are bringing us so much comfort right now; Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Neil Boortz, they will be gone. One day you will turn you am dial and all you will hear is static. Or even worse that one time comforting voice will be replaced by a real “patriot” who will tell you how wonderful our government is and that they care about us. These things are going to happen if we allow it.
You don’t believe me? Our “representatives” passed the “Stimulus” Package with 100 to 1 opposition. That is the number that was being ignored. Out of every one hundred letters or phone calls capital hill received over the past month only one was for the Stimulus Package and yet it still passed both houses. They don’t care what we think. The Demarcates finally have the power and they are going to use it to pass as much as they can while they still can.
Don’t give up hope. My suggestion, get involved. Join local government. Go to town meetings. Begin campaigning for new representatives on both the local and national levels. It’s not to late yet. We can stop this.
For everyone out there looking for one today here it is. The United States of America is no longer a racist nation. A black man became president. This black man is half first generation American. I don’t want to hear the race card anymore. Goodbye affermitive action. All those unqualified people you hired to fill a quota you will soon be able to wave goodbye to them. Shut up Jesse Jackson. We are not racist!
I think I will start carrying a picture of Obama around in my pocket and anytime anyone tries using the race card I am going to pull it out and just say “Look at the picture.”
GOD HELP US ALL! I can not bring myself to use a title before his name so I will continue to refer to him as Obama and that will have to be good enough. Now that he has won it is even more important that everyone stays alert to what is happening. Continue watching the net. Look for subtle changes. Be alert. It’s not over just cause he won. All the things we feared were not empty fears inspired to get your to vote for our candidate. Please everyone be aware of the world around you. Don’t get so involved in your own lives that you don’t notice the subtle changing of the guard until it’s to late. I will continue to write and point out inconsistencies I see in our world. Stay strong. Stay aware. Do not lose hope. God bless America.
All political bloggers are acutely aware of the media bias surrounding this year’s presidential election. If it weren’t for bloggers digging for the truth at the grass roots level, the MSM would air even less of the news about republicans than it does. The things that MSM chooses to overlook are startling. The ‘big’ story to them now is Sarah Palin’s wardrobe, but they overlook the investigation into Obo’s birthplace. They overlook vandalism, socialism, and voter fraud. It is amazing to see how blind the MSM gets around election time.
We have gotten, somewhat, used to it over the years because we, as conservatives, are obliged to work all the harder to have our agenda heard. That being the case, when one of our favorite sons gets an opportunity to air his views for a national audience, it is exciting to see him take the MSM to task.
